Protective effects of Betanin against noise and scrotal hyperthermia on testicular toxicity in wistar rats: Role of oxidative stress, apoptosis, and inflammation

The present study was conducted to investigate the signaling pathway involved in betanin against noise and scrotal hyperthermia and to clarify whether it affects oxidative stress, apoptosis and inflammation in testis of rats. Scrotal hyperthermia was induced by heat exposure of rat testicular for 43ºC for 15 min (3 times per weeks for 14 days).
